Introduction:

HV-1000 micro Vickers hardness tester is a high-tech product of optical and mechanical integration. The machine is novel in shape, has good reliability, operability and intuitiveness. It is a new type of Vickers and Knoop hardness testing instrument using precision mechanical technology and photoelectric technology.  It is suitable for ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, IC flakes, surface coatings, laminated metals; glass, ceramics, agate, precious stones, thin plastics, etc. the depth and gradient of the carbide layer and quenched layer hardness test. It is suitable for precision micro Vickers hardness measurement of parallel planes, tiny parts and ultra-thin parts.

1. Display the results through the LCD screen, and can display and set the test scale, test force, indenter type, holding time, conversion unit, etc.;

2. The fuselage is made of high-quality cast iron by one-time casting, and the car paint treatment process is used to make the appearance round and beautiful;

3. The turbine worm lifting system greatly improves the test stability and test accuracy, and there is no need to focus again after the test is completed;

4. Convenient CNC system, which can automatically perform unit conversion of the full hardness scale;

5. CCD image processing system is optional, and Knoop indenter is optional for Knoop hardness measurement;

6. Configure wireless Bluetooth printer and output data through the RS232 interface;

7. Accuracy conforms to GB/T4340.2-2018 ISO6507-2 and American ASTM E384.
