4XC Metallographic Microscope

1.Introduction

The 4XC-W computerized metallurgical microscope is a trinocular inverted metallurgical microscope, equipped with an excellent long-focus plan achromatic objective lens and a large-field plan eyepiece, the illumination system adopts the Koehler illumination method, and the field of view is uniformly illuminated. The product has a compact structure and is convenient and comfortable to operate. It is suitable for the microscopic observation of metallographic structure and surface morphology. It is an ideal instrument for metallography, mineralogy and precision engineering research.

Observation system

Hinged observation tube: binocular observation tube, adjustable single vision, 30° tilt of the lens tube, comfortable and beautiful. The trinocular observation tube can be connected to a camera device. Eyepieces: WF10X large-field plan eyepieces with a field of view of φ18mm, providing a wide and flat observation space.

Mechanical stage

The mechanically movable stage has a built-in rotatable round stage plate, which can rotate the round stage plate at the time of polarized observation to meet the requirements of polarized microscope inspection.

Lighting system

With the Kolar illumination method, the aperture diaphragm and field diaphragm can be adjusted through the dial, which is smooth and comfortable. The optional polarizer can adjust the polarization angle by 90° to observe the microscopic images under different polarization states.
