DX-400 Gauging Length Instrument of Tensile Specimen

 

ⅠBrief introduction

This machine is designed and manufactured in accordance with tensile testing of metallic materials requirements of GB228-2002 and the needs of different users, and it is accurate for , efficient for working , easy to operate and so on, it is an required supporting equipment for laboratories.


ⅡWorking Principle

It is rotating 360 degree through a shaft with spiral bands, it can lift Punch, rising and declining vertically at different angles, dotting with the impact of elastic spring, the handle shaking one circle will make a straight line on the specimen, the space of 10 mm, a total of 40 points = 400 mm long.


Ⅲ Methods of operation

1. This machine will be put on a working table about 500 millimeters from the ground, the specimen will be on the V-slot, be placed in the appropriate place away from the subscript.

2. Push the bending parts of the upper the bending hander with the left hand ,after  pressing hard specimen ,shake the right end of the handle in a circle with your right hand, then you can mark the point.

3. Bring the bending handle upward, and then removing the specimen can complete the purpose of marking distance.

4. Due to different sizes of specimen diameter, when being used, in accordance with deferent sizes of the specimen diameter, you can adjust the bottom nut of the two columns, to make punch cutting-edge and the specimen keep a safe distance.

5. When used, you should keep the two pillars and parts of punch lubricated, or it will be operated effortlessly.

6. It is necessary to pay strict attention to bumps, in order to avoid the loss of cutting-edge precision of the instrument resulting, do not bump the pointed end punch.
